NCUB 5C Methodology

The NCUB (National Centre for Universities and Business) has developed a
model for shared innovation which helps to match expectations and aims over the course of a project. The approach focusses on absorptive capacity being critical at every stage of the innovation process in order to acquire, assimilate, transform and exploit new knowledge, skills and techniques.
